On the morning of March 25, a delegation from the School of National Security of the People's Public Security University of China visited the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS) at Tsinghua University. The two sides exchanged views on the Center’s operational mechanisms, think tank research outputs, and experiences in international engagement. They also discussed potential future cooperation in several frontier areas, including international law enforcement cooperation, protection of overseas interests, and China–U.S. cooperation on the fentanyl issue.

Chen Qi, Deputy Director of CISS, delivered welcoming remarks and held discussions with Li Lihua, Dean of the School of National Security of the People's Public Security University of China, along with other researchers from the delegation. Xu Zhengrong, Director of the CISS Office, Assistant Research Fellow Song Bo, and Postdoctoral Fellow and Assistant Research Fellow Wang Congyue also participated in the meeting.
