On September 11, Jonathan Lehrer, project manager for international affairs at the Körber-Foundation, visited the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS) at Tsinghua University, where the two sides engaged in a discussion on think tank construction and humanities exchange between China and Germany. Lehrer also introduced the foundation's latest survey report, "The Berlin Pulse of Paradigms and Power Shifts," and the two sides exchanged views on mutual perceptions based on the report's content. CISS Deputy Director Xiao Qian, Research Associate Dong Ting, Shi Yan, CISS Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Associate Wang Congyue, and Wen Jing participated in the discussion.
