From April 9 to 12, Professor Da Wei, Director of the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS) at Tsinghua University, attended the 10th Delphi Economic Forum in Delphi, Greece. The forum brought together hundreds of participants from the political, business, and academic communities around the world. This year' s event focused on global relations, economics and finance, European politics, sustainable development, education, healthcare, and more, with over a hundred panel discussions held across multiple sessions.
Prof. DA Wei spoke as a guest panelist in a session on China-U.S. relations and participated in discussions on several other topics. During the forum, he also met with Mr. Symenon Tsomokos, President of the Delphi Forum, and Mr. Andreas Gofas, Director of the European Cultural Centre of Delphi, to explore potential future collaborations between CISS and the Delphi Forum.
While in Greece, Prof. DA Wei also held discussions in Athens with key members of the “Herodotean Mission,” a Greek civil organization committed to promoting exchanges between China and Greece. The delegation had previously visited CISS in November 2024.
