CISS Holds Webinar “China-India Relations: Prospects and Challenges”

  • On June 10, 2021, the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS), Tsinghua University, held a webinar themed “China-India Relations: Prospects and Challenges.” The event was moderated by Professor ZHOU Bo, who is a CISS Adjunct Senior Fellow, China Forum Expert and former Director of the Centre for Security Cooperation in the Office for International Military Cooperation of the Central Military Commission of China.

    Speakers at the virtual seminar included Professor DA Wei, CISS Deputy Director, China Forum Expert and Professor of International Relations ; Professor LI Li, Deputy Dean of Tsinghua University’s Institute of International Relations and Deputy Secretary General of the World Peace Forum; Professor QIAN Feng, Fellow and Director of the Research Department at Tsinghua University’s National Strategy Institute; H.E. Vijay Nambiar, former Indian Ambassador to Algeria, Afghanistan, Malaysia, China and Pakistan; H.E. Ashok Kantha, Director of the Institute of Chinese Studies, Delhi; Professor Manoj Joshi, Distinguished Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation; Dr. Madhurima Nundy, Fellow at the Institute of Chinese Studies, Delhi; and Professor Hemant Adlakha, Professor of Chinese at Jawaharlal Nehru University.
