n the morning of October 29, 2025, a delegation from the Arsenault Family Foundation China visited the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS) at Tsinghua University. The two sides exchanged views and held discussions on current U.S.–China relations, the fentanyl issue, and potential cooperation mechanisms.

The visiting delegation included Marcel Arsenault, Founder of the Arsenault Family Foundation; Conor Seyle, CEO; Eric Richardson, Senior Research Fellow and China Affairs Coordinator; Ming Zhongqiang, Chief Representative of the Beijing Office; and Zhang Yuqi, Project Advisor.
The meeting at CISS was hosted by Da Wei, Director of CISS, and attended by An Gang, Distinguished Fellow; Sun Chenghao, Associate Research Fellow; and Zhang Yongan, Director and Professor at the Shanghai University Center for International Drug Policy.
