The participants engaged in in-depth discussions on a wide range of topics, including the dynamics of Russia-U.S. relations following the Alaska Summit, the prospects for bilateral ties, new agendas in trilateral China-Russia-U.S. interactions, as well as regional security and strategic stability.

Experts noted that in the current international landscape, China, Russia, and the United States—three major powers with global influence—should strengthen communication, manage differences, and explore possible areas of cooperation amid strategic competition. Russia and the United States, in particular, still face challenges such as a deficit of strategic trust, ongoing geopolitical rivalry, and the long-term effects of sanctions. In trilateral interactions, economic interdependence and strategic stability should be advanced in parallel, while avoiding zero-sum confrontation. The experts also discussed the potential and challenges of future trilateral cooperation in emerging fields such as energy, artificial intelligence, and outer space.
