On the afternoon of August 13, David Liang, Deputy Chief of Mission and Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of Singapore in China, led a delegation including First Secretary (Political) Song Mingwei and First Secretary (Political) Will Lee to visit the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS) at Tsinghua University.

DA Wei, Director of CISS and Professor of the Department of International Relations at Tsinghua University, was joined by XIAO Qian, Deputy Director of CISS; GUO Jia, Director of International Exchanges at CISS; and GUO Mingxinyi, Administrative Assistant at CISS.The two sides exchanged views on AI governance and international cooperation, China-U.S. relations, and security in the Asia-Pacific region, with discussions focusing on recent developments and opportunities for further cooperation.
