Research interests include international relations theory, technology politics and national security, digital sovereignty and artificial intelligence governance, Asia Pacific studies, and Australian studies.

Previously served as a research assistant at Xinhua News Agency, the Development Research Center of the State Council, and Institute of American Studies, CASS.
