Da Wei, a professor at University of International Relations, Huang Renwei, Executive Director-General of Fudan Institute for Belt and Road and Global Governance, Li Chen, an associate professor at the School of International Relations of Renmin University of China, Zhou Bo, former director of the Center for Security Cooperation in the office for International Military Cooperation, and Zhao Minghao, a researcher at Institute of International Studies at Fudan University, attended the meeting.
