A U.S. Navy ship entered the India’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) in less than a month after the Quad summit between the leaders of the United States, India, Japan and Australia. Its Seventh Fleet even hyped a special statement. On the other hand, the U.S. refused to comment on lifting ban on COVID-19 vaccine raw materials export to India, making the epidemic crisis even worse in India . When the U.S. is in great need of India's help to confront with China, however India is confused by those unreasonable actions.
