LUO Shengjun, Communications Specialist at the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS), Tsinghua University. He is primarily responsible for the Center’s international communications and exchanges, the planning and organization of academic events, and the public dissemination of research findings. He has been actively involved in university-level think tank research projects at CISS, contributing to background research, literature review, research writing, and the editing of research outputs. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Social Sciences at McMaster University in Canada and later earned a Master of Management from the University of Sydney Business School.
