GUO Mingxinyi is an Administrative Assistant at the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS), Tsinghua University. She assists in the organization and implementation of the Center’s research projects and international exchange initiatives, including the U.S.-China Track II Dialogue, Next Generation Dialogue on China-U.S. Relations, and U.S.-China People’s Dialogue. She also supports CISS’s youth development programs, including CISS Youth, and student organizations such as the Tsinghua Student Association of International and Strategic Studies (SAISS) and the Tsinghua U.S.-China Cultural Exchange Association. In addition, she is involved in the management and training of CISS interns. She also contributes to the production of Sinopinion, CISS’s podcast, including podcast recording and related production work.

Before joining CISS, GUO Mingxinyi earned her master’s degree in International Relations from the University of International Relations, with a focus on U.S. politics and foreign policy. Her research interests include the formation of elite consensus in U.S. policy toward China, the role of think tanks in foreign policy decision-making, and comparative studies of U.S. security strategy.
