LIU Yuan, Research Coordinator at the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS), Tsinghua University. She is responsible for the overall operation of research projects including the Artificial Intelligence and International Security Project and the Lancang-Mekong Transboundary Water Resources Observation Platform. She engages in the organization of various Track‑II dialogues, as well as the drafting and review of relevant reports. She also serves as the producer for the Center’s SinoAI Insights podcast and newsletter. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Master’s degree in Russian and Post‑Soviet Politics from University College London (UCL). Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, international security, global governance and diplomatic studies.
