WANG Jie currently serves as an Administrative Assistant at the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS), Tsinghua University, with over 10 years of experience in university administrative work. She is responsible for coordinating cooperative projects with national ministries and leading enterprises, and has assisted in the operation of more than 30 key projects, including the "Lancang-Mekong Observation" and "Artificial Intelligence Project" . She has also organized dozens of international conferences and over 100 CISS-branded domestic meetings, including the "Security and Strategy" Seminar and the "CISS StratFocus". In addition, she has served as the lead editor of the CISS annual report and the official WeChat account annual review.

Currently, she primarily oversees research collaboration, and the operation of the center's official website and WeChat public account for publicity and communication purposes.
