XU Zhengrong, Director of the Office, Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS), Tsinghua University.

She is fully in charge of administrative oversight for the Center, and assists senior leadership in advancing institutional development, maintenance of key external relations, establishment of institutional frameworks, internal financial control, comprehensive human‑resources management, and implementation of research projects.

Drawing on diverse professional backgrounds in the education and financial sectors, he/she has 10 years of experience in university administration and 15 years of tenure as Office Director.

With well‑rounded professional training, he/she is proficient in full‑cycle office operations. She has accumulated multi‑faceted hands‑on experience in official document drafting, conference organization, general coordination, logistical support, internal supervision and follow‑up, institutional building, human‑resources administration, project operation and external liaison. She stands out for strong overall coordination capabilities and solid professional competence.
