XU Zhengrong, Director of the Office, Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS), Tsinghua University.

She is fully in charge of administrative oversight for the Center, and assists senior leadership in advancing institutional development, maintenance of key external relations, establishment of institutional frameworks, internal financial control, comprehensive human‑resources management, and implementation of research projects.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. Drawing on diverse professional backgrounds in the education and financial sectors, he/she has 10 years of experience in university administration and 15 years of tenure as Office Director.
