TIAN SHICHEN: The China Coast Guard Law Promotes Peace and Stability

Tian Shichen, a China Forum Expert, Founder and President of Global Governance Institution shared his perspectives with China Forum on the China Coast Guard (CCG) Law and its implication for international security and international law. Tian emphasized that the CCG Law would turn chaos into order and promote long term peace and stability.
