Back in 2003, Madam Fu Ying, in her capacity as Director-General of the Asian Affairs Department of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, attended the Three-Party Talks, and later the Six-Party Talks on the nuclear issue of the Korean Peninsula. Today, we will be returning to the commemorative conference marking the 15th anniversary of the Joint Statement of the Fourth Round of the Six-Party Talks, which were released on September 19, 2005.
