Huang Chenxuan, born in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, is currently pursuing a dual master’s degree in Global Politics and Economics through the collaboration between Tsinghua University and Johns Hopkins SAIS. He currently serves as the Director of External Relations for the Secretariat of the CISS Youth. Previously, he was a member of the 4th cohort of CISS Youth, helping to organize the 6th International Forum on Strategy and Security, and served as the Director of Organization for the Secretariat of the 5th cohort of CISS Youth. In CISS Youth, he will continue to focus on China-U.S. relations, particularly the role of student exchange between the two countries.
