Ye Zichen is currently studying at Beijing Foreign Studies University, majoring in Arabic, and serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of CISS Youth. She joined the third cohort of CISS Youth in 2022 and has held positions as head of the Liaison Department and head of the Event Planning Department in the CISS Youth Secretariat. In addition to English and Arabic, she has a basic grasp of isiZulu, a South African language. At CISS Youth, she aims to deepen her knowledge of international relations and continue focusing on China-U.S. relations and Middle Eastern issues.
