Shuoning Zhang, originally from Beijing, is currently studying at Dartmouth College, majoring in Political Economy. His research interests include U.S. foreign policy, history of international relations, grand strategy, and governance of emerging domains. He has conducted multiple research and think tank internships under the guidance of professors such as William Wohlforth. At CISS Youth, he will continue to focus on U.S.–China relations in areas such as export controls and international security.
