Guan Shiqian is from Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. She majors in international politics at Beijing Language and Culture University and minors in economics at Peking University , and has been admitted to the School of International Organizations, Beijing Foreign Studies University for the graduate degree of Diplomacy(International Economics). Her research interests include international organizations and global governance, international development and South-South cooperation. She has participated in English debates, Model United Nations, Winter Olympics and other activities, and has been an intern at the institute of Global Cooperation and Understanding, Peking University as well as Outlook Institution. At CISS youth, she will continue to focus on issues related to global governance.
