Gao Peng is from Liaoning. From 2017 to 2021, he studied at Dalian University of Foreign Languages, majoring in International Affairs and International Relations, and received a bachelor's degree in law. From 2021, he is studying a master's degree in International Security at China Foreign Affairs University. In CISS Youth, he focuses on the creation, application and evaluation of strategies.
