2026年2月8日至12日，外交学会会长吴恳率团赴美国纽约同美中关系全国委员会董事会执行副主席埃文·格林伯格牵头的美方团队共同举办中美高级别二轨对话第三次会议。 

中方代表团成员包括：原中央外办常务副主任裘援平，外交学会理事会顾问崔天凯，中国人民银行前副行长朱民，中国证监会前副主席方星海，国务院发展研究中心前副主任王一鸣，中央军委军合办前副主任姚勤，清华大学战略与安全研究中心主任达巍。复旦大学国际问题研究院院长吴心伯和成为资本董事长、“观察者网”创始人李世默线上参加。

代表团在纽约期间，还会见了美国前政要、智库代表和工商界人士。

Da Wei Attends the Third Meeting of the China-U.S. Senior-level Track Two Dialogue in the U.S.

From February 8 to 12, 2026, Wu Ken, President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA), led a delegation to the United States, and co-hosted in New York City the Third Meeting of the China-U.S. Senior-level Track Two Dialogue with the U.S. delegation headed by Evan Greenberg, Executive Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations. 

Members of the Chinese delegation include: Qiu Yuanping, former Executive Deputy Director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Leading Group of the CPC Central Committee, Cui Tiankai, Advisor to the CPIFA Council, Zhu Min, former Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China, Fang Xinghai, former Vice Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Wang Yiming, former Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, Yao Qin, former Deputy Director of the Office for International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of National Defense, and Da Wei, Director of the Center for International Security and Strategy of Tsinghua University. Wu Xinbo, Dean of the Institute of International Studies of Fudan University, and Li Shimo, Chairman of Chengwei Capital and Founder of Guancha.cn attended the dialogue via video-link. 

The delegation also met with U.S. former senior officials, representatives from think tanks and business leaders during their stay in New York.
