Li Quanyu, from Haikou, Hainan, studies International Relations at Tsinghua University, with a focus on international political economy, including overseas infrastructure and industrial competition. He spent fall 2023 as an exchange student at the National University of Singapore. At CISS Youth, he will monitor major-power diplomacy, deepen his theoretical knowledge, and gain firsthand insight into international complexities.
