Zhai Kun, Professor at School of International Studies, Associate Director of Institution of Area Studies, and Research Fellow at Institute of International and Strategic Studies, Peking University. He is the Eminent Person and Expert of ASEAN Regional Forum(ARF) and the Deputy Director of Global Center for Lancang-Mekong River Studies. He mainly works on China's international strategy, Belt and Road Initiative (BRI)，Southeast Asian and global youth studies.  Academic Achievements include “Five Connectivity Index of Countries along the Belt and Road”(The Commercial Press), “A Community of Shared Future for Youth along the Belt and Road”(The Commercial Press), The Belt and Road: Case Studies and Risk Management (China Ocean Press), Belt and Road by Numbers (China Pictorial Press), The Digital Trade and BRI（CPC Central Party School Press）etc.
