LI Ruishen, Non-resident Fellow, Center for International Security and Strategy, Tsinghua University. He has participated in the preparation of several national policy documents and published several works on scientific and technological innovation. His recent research interests include technology innovation and national security. He is currently working on a monograph on the military application of artificial intelligence.
