01 我们是谁 Who We Are

“中美关系的希望在人民，基础在民间，未来在青年，活力在地方。”

青年，是中美两国友好的新一代使者。

“The hope of China–U.S. relations lies in the people, its foundation among the public, its future with the youth, and its vitality at the local level.”

Youth are the new generation of envoys for friendship between the two countries.

作为清华学子，我们怀揣着对中美关系的浓厚兴趣与责任感，汇聚在这个温暖的大家庭里。协会旨在从学生的视角出发，观察并了解中美关系，同时以实际行动促进中美之间的人文交流，让对中美关系不甚了解、或缺乏兴趣的同学，也能参与到相关问题的探讨中来。

As students of Tsinghua, we gather in this community out of a shared interest in — and sense of responsibility for — China–U.S. relations. The Association observes and interprets the relationship from a student’s perspective, and promotes people-to-people exchange through concrete action, so that students with little prior knowledge or interest can still take part in the conversation.

协会在指导老师达巍教授指导下开展工作，依托清华大学战略与安全研究中心（CISS）与全球胜任力发展指导中心，采用项目责任制运行：三位会长各自领衔一个项目组，每个项目由特定负责人全权推进。对外以“中美新声”微信公众号与 YouTube “China-U.S. Youth Voices” 频道为主阵地。

We work under the guidance of Professor Da Wei, supported by Tsinghua’s Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS) and the Center for Global Competence Development. The Association runs on a project-based responsibility system: three presidents each lead a project team.

02 我们会举办哪些活动 Our Activities

过去两学期里，协会共主办中美学生对话8场、专家讲座6场，完成期刊出版合作2轮，举办中国文化体验活动10余场，接待国外高校访团3次。

Over the past two semesters, the Association has hosted 8 China-US student dialogues, 6 expert lectures, completed two rounds of journal publication cooperation, organized more than 10 Chinese cultural experience events, and received 3 visiting delegations from overseas universities.

青际交心 Youth Global Exchange

秉承“以对话促理解，以交流筑桥梁”，搭建中美青年学术对话、观点交锋的平台。

Adhering to the principle of “promoting understanding through dialogue and building bridges through exchange”, it establishes a platform for academic dialogue and exchange of views between Chinese and American youth.

Featuring the most cutting-edge topics and top-tier experts, this series will guide you in understanding the core issues in Sino-U.S. relations.

桥接中美 Bridging China & the U.S.

“国之交在于民相亲，民相亲在于心相通”。书法临帖、团扇创作、传统纹样、节令文化——和全球胜任力发展指导中心合办，近10场、200余人次，中外同学一起动手，制作精美手工品。

“Friendship between nations lies in the affinity between their peoples.” Calligraphy, fan painting, traditional patterns and seasonal customs — nearly 10 hands-on workshops with the Center for Global Competence Development, drawing 200+ participants.
